There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, ceiling fans in every room, a wood burning fireplace, high speed wireless internet and cable TV with DVD players in every bedroom and the great room. You’ll have a 30 foot private pier and three 12 foot fishing boats to use during your stay. Enjoy mesmerizing views of Rainbow Lake from the great room, or sit out on an 800 square foot deck perched out over the Lake. The large master bedroom has a queen bed and a futon that connects to a spacious bathroom with a garden tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a full bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a full size fold out couch in the great room. The cozy kitchen features a sky-light and has a breakfast bar that Text Box: Text Box: Off Season Rates No minimum night requirement during off season.   2 people - $160 per night or $145 per night for a reservation of 3 or more nights. 4 people - $185 per night or $170 per night for a reservation of 3 or more nights. 6 people - $205 per night or $190 per night for a reservation of 3 or more nights. 8 people - $225 per night or $210 per night for a reservation of 3 or more nights. 10 people - $255 per night or $240 per night for a reservation of 3 or more nights. 12 people - $285 per night or $270 per night for a reservation of 3 or more nights.   For reservations made during the months of May and September, Spring Break, Fall Break, Easter weekend, and three-day holiday weekends, $15 will be added to the nightly rate. The discount rate for 3 or more nights does not apply during these times.
